Tier Levels
Customer tiers will be recalculated at the beginning of every calendar year (January 1). Reaching a new tier will apply in the following year. If your account is inactive for 24 months (two years), your points will expire.

Customer tiers are recalculated at the beginning of each calendar year (January 1). Tier points earned in 2026 will count toward the following year. For example, if you reach the Gold tier on March 30, 2026, you will remain in the Gold tier for the entire year of 2027. During 2027, you must meet the Gold tier points requirement again in order to maintain your status for 2028.
Please note: this perk will be offered to all eligible Diamond Members after the tier evaluation on January 1, 2027.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join the Loyalty Program?
If you were already a Member of our VIP Rewards Program before October 27, 2022, you'll be automatically enrolled into our new Loyalty Program and your tier level will stay the same until January 1, 2023 when your Member tiers are reevaluated.

What benefits can I enjoy at each tier?
Our Loyalty Program has 5 different tiers based on how many spendable points you have earned from the time you join until the following calendar year (January 1).

How can I start collecting points?
You can earn rewards points by signing up for the Loyalty Program (100 points), leaving product reviews (50-200 points), and making purchases, which earn up to 5 points for every $1 spent.
Where can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points during the checkout process with these simple steps:
- Login to your account.
- Once you add a product to your cart, a 'Redeem My Points' button will appear underneath the Checkout button.
- Click 'Redeem My Points' and select the amount of points you would like to redeem.
- Click Redeem.
- Your cashback will be applied, and the redeemable points will be deducted from your account automatically.
If you clicked Redeem but don't end up completing the purchase, the points will return after 24 hours.
Are there any membership fees?
There are no membership fees, annual fees, or hidden fees, ever. The Shen Yun Collections Loyalty Program is solely customized to prioritize your experience!
How will I receive my points?
Points earned will be added to your account after you sign up for the Loyalty Program, make a purchase, and write a review.
You can view your points balance by logging in to your account here.
When do my points expire?
Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 24 months. Keeping your account active is simple, just make a purchase, redeem your points, or leave a review once every 24 months.
What's the difference between spendable and tier points?
Though you earn spendable and tier points the same way, there are some distinctions.
Tier points are a running total of the points you've earned within 12 months. Tier points cannot be reduced except when the season resets on January 1.
Spendable points are the points you can redeem for rewards, as you turn in points for rewards, they will be deducted from your spendable points.
When you redeem spendable points for rewards, your tier level will not be affected, as your tier points will not go down.
When will my tier status be re-evaluated?
Every January 1, the Membership tier will be reevaluated. Based on the points earned within the previous calendar year, your tier status could be downgraded or upgraded.
For example, if you were a Gold Member, and only accumulated 1,000 points within the previous calendar year, then your status will be downgraded to Silver.
Can I use my Loyalty Member benefits at the retail booths during Shen Yun performances, or abroad stores?
The Loyalty Rewards Program benefits are only available for our Canada online store: www.shenyuncollections.ca. You cannot apply these benefits in global distributors' stores.
What qualifies as an inactive account?
An inactive account means the user has not done the following: updated their profile, wrote a review, made a purchase, or taken any actions in their Loyalty account.
Logging in does not count as an action. If an account is deemed inactive for 24 months, the redeemable points will expire.
Why were points deducted from my account when I added them to an order but did not check out?
Any added but unspent rewards points will repopulate in the customer's account within 24 hours.
