Returns and Refunds (Canada)

Normal Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, with the following exceptions:

Non-returnable items:

  • DVDs and CDs
  • Calendars
  • Customized jewelry
  • Canvas and giclée prints
  • Any item not in its original condition

 

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Label
    Contact Shen Yun Collections Canada via email at info@shenyuncollections.ca. Please include your order number for faster service. We will issue a return shipping label for you to print and attach to your package.
  2. Prepare Your Return
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unopened (if vacuum sealed), and returned in original packaging, including all accessories, packing slips, and jewelry certificates (if applicable).
    • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return label.
    • We recommend packing your return carefully. Shen Yun Collections is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
  1. Quality Inspection
    All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund or exchange is issued.
  2. Refunds
    Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund (minus shipping if applicable) will be issued.
  • You may then place a new order for the desired item or contact us for assistance.
  • If the replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@shenyuncollections.ca with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll assess the situation and either offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
  • If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

 

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 2–3 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • For non-faulty returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
  • For faulty items, you will receive a full refund, including shipping.

Shen Yun Collections Canada is not responsible for lost return shipments. Refunds can only be issued once we have received and approved your returned item.
