Prices

·     All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST).

·        Prices may change from time to time, for example when the cost of materials such as silver or gold changes. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

·        If an item goes on sale after you have purchased it, we are unable to offer a price adjustment or refund the difference.

 

Sales and Promotions

We offer a small number of seasonal promotions each year, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, as well as a Last Chance section for selected final items.

·        Each promotion is valid only during the dates shown and while supplies last.

·        Some products may be excluded from a promotion. Eligible items are clearly marked on the website.

·        Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

 

Welcome Offer – 10% Off Your First Order

New email subscribers receive a one-time code for 10% off their first order.

·        Valid on your first order only, one use per customer.

·        Excludes premium products and items already on sale, in a bundle, or in a gift set.

·        Cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or code.

·        Not valid on gift cards.

 

One Discount per Order

Only one discount can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with sale prices, bundles or gift sets.

 

Free Gifts with Purchase

·        Free gifts are available while supplies last and may be replaced with an item of similar value.

·        Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

Final Sale Items

All discounted items are final sale. This includes any item purchased at a reduced price during a sale or promotion, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and Last Chance items. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Pricing Errors

We work hard to make sure our prices are accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will contact you if this happens.
